Discover how the early settlers in Mid Canterbury lived - with our Museum Village housing hundreds of exhibits - from Butter Churns to a huge collection of Vintage Machinery and much more. Working Stationary Engine Display, a see a Blacksmith crafting. Enjoy riding on our Passenger Service hauled by DSA218 along the ex-Mount Somers branchline - with every ticket giving the holder unlimited rides on the Day of purchase - rides operate every half an hour and take 20 minutes. Free for the children - outdoor games and activities.
